Andrea Carolan

Andrea Carolan formed Public Private Property in early 2017 following 25 years at Maloney Field Services. Since commencement, Andrea has built a small but solid team of property professionals and firmly established the company as a serious player in the Australian valuation industry. 

Andrea is a Certified Practising Valuer and Fellow of the Australian Property Institute. She maintains valuation credentials in each State and Territory of Australia as follows:

• Certified Practising Valuer SA, VIC, NSW, NT and TAS
• Registered Valuer 3512MR QLD
• Licensed Valuer 44877 WA

Andrea’s extensive experience in serving both the public and private sectors has resulted in a nimble and capable specialist valuation practice with an emphasis on carefully selected niche markets including land acquisition and compensation. Andrea and her team also have a special interest in and the skills necessary to deliver revaluations for financial reporting and insurance purposes.
